About Yantis Federal Credit Union
Yantis Federal Credit Union is located in Yantis, Texas. The Credit Union was the vision of H.E. Coker and a handful of Yantis residents. Together they generated community interest in the concept of “people helping people.” Yantis Federal Credit Union was granted a Community Charter in August 1955.
Yantis Federal Credit Union is insured by NCUSIF. The National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) is the federal fund credited by Congress in 1970 to insure members deposits in federal insured credit unions. Administered by the National Credit Union Administration , the NCUSIF is backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government UP TO AT LEAST $250,000.00.
Mission Statement
The Yantis Federal Credit Union is a cooperative financial institution organized to provide a safe and convenient place to promote and encourage members to save and offer loans to it’s membership. It is our goal to become the primary financial institution to our members. Our mission is to be a strong financial institution for the community so we are “people helping people”.
